The basic kit is comprised of the exterior shell of the cabin.  Designed for you to create your own furniture layout, add electricity, bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, etc.  Optional upgrades are available. There may be an additional charge for increased beam sizes if the interior wall/loft isn’t used.

Package includes:

• Flooring: Douglas fir, 2 x 6, tongue and groove.
  Log Walls: Tongue and groove 14 log courses high exterior side walls (optional interior walls available).
• Loft: Includes vertical posts, horizontal rails, vertical spindles, log ladder (Some  kitchen counter space       may be sacrificed if a spiral staircase is substituted.), loft ceiling light, additional electrical, 3" thick         tongue and groove Douglas Fir decking with center loft support beam, and loft window. The interior   wall package is highly recommended if a loft is added to this cabin.
• Door: Wood exterior door with deadbolt lock.
  Porch: Radius Douglas fir decking, post and rails.
• Windows: Front (tempered glass), rear and side for a total of 10 vinyl insulated slider windows.
• Roof: Gambrel cedar shake, (see upgrades for metal or asphalt)
• Decking: 3" thick Douglas fir log decking.
• Finishes: Exterior and interior stains and varnishes along with caulking for the log walls.
• Hardware: Foam sealant between the log courses (for additional insulation and weather  protection) along with all screws, nails, and other necessary hardware .
